Hippopotamus

Are the hippos supposed to be here? They're nowhere to be seen. Yes, there! Only their tiny ears and nostrils peek out of the water. The hippopotamus is dozing there, cooling off. The African sun can be quite hot. That's why this gray giant prefers to spend its time in the water. There, it moves almost weightlessly—and that's with its enormous body! It only comes ashore at night to graze in a meadow. It walks on short legs, its heavy body propped up by them. But don't underestimate it.
