All orders placed online are generally ready for pickup within 2-4 hours between the hours of Monday-Saturday 10am-6pm and Sunday 11am-5pm. We will email you once your order is pulled and ready for pickup. If you have not received an email (and have double checked your spam folder) within 24 hours, don't hesitate to call us at 516-409-8697.
Shipping Information
Fun Stuff Toys currently ships all orders via USPS or UPS. We strive (but do not guarantee) to ship out all packages within 24-48 hours. A few items we carry may require additional processing time due to size, weight, or other special handling considerations.
In-Store Purchase Returns
14 day refund: Cash or Credit back with a dated receipt. Items must be in resellable condition. Items must be in resellable condition. 30 day exchange or store credit with dated receipt. ALL ITEMS MUST BE UNOPENED AND IN RESELLABLE CONDITION. All SALE , and CLEARANCE items are FINAL SALE. Seasonal Items (Pools, Sleds, etc.) are FINAL SALES. Any items returned without a receipt will receive the lowest selling price, sale price, or promotional price in the form of a store credit.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN OPENED.
Shipping and Delivery Fees: Shipping and Delivery Fees are nonrefundable. Any return shipments sent back to Fun Stuff Toys will be shipped back at Customer expense.
